1. What was the first physical album you ever bought?▼ ▲
I didn't really buy physical albums. Online platforms were the main way I listened to music.
2. Which singer has had the biggest influence throughout your entire youth?▼ ▲
Mika Nakashima.
3. What is your most memorable singing experience? What happened at the time?▼ ▲
During one live performance, I noticed someone was really listening, and they came up after and told me how much they liked it.
4. Do you have any warm-up routines or little rituals before singing/performing?▼ ▲
I drink water to keep my voice stable.
5. Which song have you played on repeat the most in your headphones?▼ ▲
“Zhu Yu” (珠玉) by Shan Yichun.
6. What is your favourite lyric? Why?▼ ▲
From the song “Zhu Yu”(珠玉) by Shan Yichun – “Joy, anger, sorrow, and happiness—though they may seem showy or strange—are nothing to be ashamed of, she is simply herself.” (喜怒哀樂原來多招搖 蹊蹺都無傷大雅,她是她). It reminds me to accept my emotions and not deny myself.
7. If you had to use one song to sum up your past year, which would you choose?▼ ▲
“Gunjo” (群青) by YOASOBI. It feels like moving forward while figuring things out.
8. What do you think is your most memorable trait? ▼ ▲
Sometimes when I perform more aggressive songs, my nonchalant appearance can feel deceiving.
9. If you could perform with any singer, who would it be and why?▼ ▲
Shan Yichun. I like how delicate her singing is, and her phrasing and technique are incredible.
10. Use three adjectives to describe your voice.▼ ▲
Delicate, clean, flexible.
11. What does music mean to you?▼ ▲
It's a way for me to express emotions.
